The Trip is not responsible or liable for loss of property, theft or legal services for our
clients. We always recommend bringing a good amount of cash to exchange when traveling abroad in case of card failure or fraud. Mexico, especially the very touristed parts, have reputable banks with ATMs that accept Visa and Mastercard. We don’t recommend walking around with large amounts of cash in the city. Many locations around the countries offer mobile payment services, such as Apple pay, tap to pay and general card transactions.
Getting around in Mexico for English speakers is generally quite easy, as many people in Mexico speak English well. Since these are large and often touristed areas, many things have been translated into English including transportation related information, guides and more.
Since Mexico is one of the most touristic countries for Americans, they generally offer services for those who need them. That being said, many of their older buildings can’t always be guaranteed to have wheelchair access or accessible facilities, as well as archaeological sites.
If you have special requirements please contact us before booking the trip so we can properly advise you on the specific locations.
